We hope you love your Miami Leathers purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original product packaging with a packing slip or order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All refunds/exchanges are issued within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Defect Policy:

All Miami Leathers products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you believe a Miami Leathers product is defective, please contact support@miamileathers.com.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you are not satisfied with your selection, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges if the product is not defective. All refunds are issued within 2-7 days of receipt.

Canadian Customers:

In the event of a tax refund due, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Miami Leathers' agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Miami Leathers will be solely responsible for refunding the customer's duties and taxes. For any refunds/exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping charges if the product is not defective. All refunds are issued within 2-7 business days of receipt.
